June 2007 - San Diego - "Class Act"
It was about 10 PM and the majority of the students were already tired from the day. We had a few more objectives to accomplish on the leadership curriculum, one of which was an interactive activity. Another TL and I watched our student pairs begin. It was like watching a play with multiple acts going on at one time on a single stage. Some conversations became highly animated while others faded into mutual silence, obvious by the few students who took notice that a photograph was captured of the communication chaos. |
